Refund and Cancellation Policy
Coach Moe Athletics

All fees are non-refundable.

When you enroll, you are reserving coaching time, facility space, and staff resources for your athlete. Payment is for that reservation, not only for sessions attended. Missed sessions are forfeited without credit, makeup, or refund.

Cancellation requests
To cancel services, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to coachmoeathletics@gmail.com with a minimum of 30 days notice before your next billing date. The subject line of your email must clearly read: "Cancellation Request — [Athlete's Full Name]." Verbal requests to coaches or staff do not constitute cancellation and will not stop scheduled payments. Emails that do not follow this process will not be recognized as valid cancellation requests. Coach Moe Athletics is not responsible for charges that occur because a family failed to submit a proper cancellation request in time.

Installment plans
All scheduled installments remain due regardless of your athlete's attendance or decision to withdraw. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension from the program and referral to collections.

The one exception
If Coach Moe Athletics cancels a program and cannot offer a replacement, enrolled families receive a prorated credit toward a future program. This is the only circumstance under which a credit is issued.

Medical hardship
Requests based on a documented medical condition preventing continued participation are reviewed case by case. A letter from a licensed medical provider is required. Approved requests may result in a partial program credit, not a cash refund.

Chargebacks
Filing a dispute with your bank does not override this policy. Coach Moe Athletics will contest all chargebacks using this signed policy and enrollment records as evidence. Families who file chargebacks in violation of this policy may be permanently suspended from all programs.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
