Coach Moe Athletics Lifetime Pass – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Coach Moe Athletics Lifetime Pass ("Lifetime Pass"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Access
The Lifetime Pass grants the holder unlimited access to the following services, for the lifetime of the business or the athlete (whichever comes first):
Skills-Only Training sessions (group training)
Basketball Academy sessions (currently held Monday and Wednesday nights)
Participation eligibility for CMA Elite Team (players must still meet performance/selection standards)
Access to livestream clinics and future online course content
Exclusive Lifetime Pass apparel (1 item, provided once)
2. Non-Transferable
The Lifetime Pass is issued to a single athlete and is non-transferable.
If the athlete moves, quits playing, or becomes ineligible for other reasons, the pass cannot be reassigned or resold.
3. One-Time Payment
The Lifetime Pass requires a one-time payment of $2,500 (first 5 buyers) or $3,000 (next 5 buyers).
Optional payment plan: 3 monthly payments of $1,000.
Payments are non-refundable, even if the athlete later discontinues training.
4. Expiration of Offer
This promotion is limited to 10 total passes.
Coach Moe Athletics reserves the right to close or modify the offer at any time, without notice, once all passes are sold.
5. Duration & Business Continuity
The Lifetime Pass remains valid as long as Coach Moe Athletics continues operations.
In the event of business closure, sale, or major restructuring, Lifetime Pass holders will be notified and provided a reasonable substitute, when possible.
6. Behavior & Conduct
Lifetime access may be revoked without refund in the event of:
Repeated unexcused absences from scheduled Elite Team events
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe conduct by the athlete or their parent/guardian
Failure to follow team or facility rules
7. Changes to Services
Training schedules, locations, and formats may evolve over time.
While Coach Moe Athletics will strive to maintain high-quality programming, specific services and session frequencies are subject to change without affecting the validity of the Lifetime Pass.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing the Lifetime Pass, you acknowledge and accept all the terms above.
