Refund Policy

At Coach Moe Athletics, we strive to provide high-quality basketball training services to all our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are granted at the discretion of Coach Moe Athletics management.
- Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training session or program start date.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to coachmoeathletics@gmail.com.
- The request must include the client's name, contact information, reason for the refund, and proof of purchase (if applicable).
- All refund requests will be reviewed by Coach Moe Athletics management within 7 business days of receipt.
Refund Approval:
- Refunds will only be approved for valid reasons, such as medical emergencies, relocation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refund Denial:
- Coach Moe Athletics reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are submitted outside the specified timeframe.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled training session or program start date.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the number of training sessions attended or services utilized by the client before the refund request.
